Intermediate and senior phase training

The National Curriculum Statement stresses the need for inclusivity as a central feature of the organisation, planning and teaching in schools.

PDT provides training for teachers in the intermediate and senior phase to use the Persona Doll approach as an effective, creative way to teach Life Skills. This study area requires that learners practise the life skills they need to make informed choices about personal lifestyle, health and social well-being, to relate positively and contribute to family, community and society, and to deal with challenging situations.
